Need imprinting and don't know where to start?

Step 1: Print the Imprint Fax Order Form.

Step 2: Indicate the quantity of the item you are ordering. 

Napkins are sold in quantities of 50 (50, 100, 150, etc.).   Price includes napkins and two lines of imprinting. Beverage size (5" x 5")prices $18.00 first 50 count, add $6.00 per additional pack. Luncheon size (6.5"x 6.5") $20.00 first 50; add $7.00 per additional pack. You can add an optional image to go between the names if needed; at no additional charge, or note if you would just like 'and' or '&'. You may also add large image of $3.50 per pack regardless of size. Large image is placed above names at center-top of napkin.

Ribbons are a minimum order of 50, 3/8" satin, with no set increments (you can order 65 if you choose.)  Price includes ribbon and one line of imprinting. Please indicate lengths needed. 12"- 14" maximum. And how you would like the print. Usually we print names on one end and date on other end. Silver and gold print the best on the color satin ribbons.  

Step 3: If you are imprinting napkins, visit our napkin color chart and note your choice of napkin color & size. If you are imprinting ribbon, visit our ribbon color chart and note your choice of ribbon color.

Step 4: Proceed to the foil color chart and note your choice of foil color.

Step 5:  If you would like to add an image, visit our image catalog and indicate your choice of image on the order form. Smaller images are for ribbon or napkins between names. We are always adding new icons. If you don't see what you would like please call and ask.

Step 6:  Fill in your contact information in the Customer block. 

Step 7:  Fill in your payment information.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  Indicate how you would like the order shipped (standard, two-day, or overnight delivery).

Step 8:  If this order is to be shipped to someone else, fill in the Recipients shipping information at the bottom of the form.   If you would like to include a card with the order, indicate how you would like the card to read.
